Bankwest, under the positioning of ‘Bank Less’ wanted to show consumers that they were getting more out of life and ‘less’ of the traditional bank stuff with Bankwest. The tone of voice approach championed this, using attention grabbing headlines and a down-to-earth approach to cut the BS (Bank stuff).
